Dog Park Policies

By completing your booking, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Cancellation must be made up to 24 hours before your booking to avail of a refund. This can be managed on your account

  • Rescheduling your booking must be made 12 hours before your booking. This can be managed on your account.

  • Use of the park is at your own risk. Ballincollig Dog Park are not held responsible for any losses/damages to you, your property or dog while at the property.

  • Owners are legally responsible for their dogs at all times.

  • Only dogs that are booked in can attend.

  • Dogs must be on a leash when entering and leaving the property.

  • If your dog is a restricted breed, please keep them muzzled before entering & exiting the park.

  • Handlers must be 16 years of age or older.

  • Dogs must be up to date with vaccines, flea, and tick treatments. If your dog shows signs of illness or fleas, they must not attend the park.

  • Suitable footwear is essential due to uneven surfaces.

  • Supervise your dog(s) at all times. Digging or destructive behaviour must be stopped immediately to prevent damage. Contact us if damage occurs so we can fix the issue before the next booking.

  • Fresh water is available and refilled daily; bowls are supplied, but we recommend bringing your own for hygiene purposes.

  • CCTV recording is active at all times.

  • Clean up after your dog(s) and yourself.

  • No climbing fences or destructive behaviour.

  • Surrounding land is private property with grazing animals at various times of the year. We are not responsible for injuries to your dog or injuries caused by your dog to neighbouring animals. 

  • Ballincollig Dog Park is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to you, your dog(s), or anyone else you bring during your booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session to receive a refund or to rebook. Cancellations after this period will NOT be refunded.

  • The park key must be returned to the lockbox immediately after your session. A €20 replacement fee applies for lost keys.

  • The first client of the day should leave the main driveway gate open for the day.

  • The last park user of the day (9.00PM session) should close the main park gate upon leaving.

  • Please leave promptly after your session to make space for the next customer. If you arrive and your time slot has begun but people are still in the park, call us immediately and keep your dog in your vehicle until other dogs leave.

  • Penalties will be applied for not respecting the rules.

  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted in the park.

  • Dogs in heat are not allowed to use the park.

  • Limit of 6 dogs per handler.

  • Ensure that gates are securely closed behind you to prevent dogs from escaping.

  • Report any incidents or injuries to park staff immediately.

  • Aggressive dogs must be removed from the park immediately.

  • Do not allow dogs to jump on or harass other park users or dogs.

  • Ballincollig Dog Park is fully insured for public liability insurance.

Gift Card Policy :

​

1. Validity and Expiry
Our gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase or until the business ceases operations, whichever occurs first. Any remaining balance after this period will be void.

2. Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Digital Format
Our gift cards are digital-only, so no physical card will be sent. Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email with the gift card details, which can be used immediately.

4. Usage
Gift cards may be used for any available product or service, as specified on our website. 

5. Balance and Redemption
Any remaining balance after a purchase can be used towards future orders within the validity period.
