Cancellation Policy
Private Hired Dog Park Rules By completing booking you are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions listed below. • Use of park is at your own risk • Owners are legally responsible for their dogs at all times • Only dogs that have a bookings can enter the dog park • All Dogs must be on leash entering and leaving the property with the gate locked at all times • Handlers must be 16years of age and over • Dogs must be up to date with vaccines, flea and tick treatments. If your dog is showing any signs of illness or fleas they must not attend the park • Suitable footwear is essential due to uneven surfaces • Please supervise your dog/dogs at all times. Digging or any destructive behaviour must be stopped immediately in order to not cause any damage. If damage occurs please contact us so we can fix the issue before next booking • Fresh water available which is refilled daily. Bowls are supplied but it is recommended to bring your own for hygiene purposes • CCTV will be recording and monitored at all times • Please clean up after your Dog/Dogs and yourself. Please take any rubbish with you and dispose of correctly • Please DO NOT climb on any fencing or undertake any destructive behaviour. • Note all surrounding land is private property and agricultural land animals will be grazing at different times of the year. We will not be held responsible your dog incurs any injury or causes injury to any neighbouring animals Leashes until inside the park run with gate locked is essential. • Ballincollig dog park will not accept any responsibly for any accidents or injury’s to you, your dog/dogs or anyone else you bring during your booking. •Cancellations must be done max 24hrs before session to avail of a refund or to rebook. Any cancellations after this window won’t be refunded. • Gate key must be returned to lockbox immediately after session. Loss of key will face a €20 replacement fee •We kindly ask that the first client of the day leaves the gate at the main driveway entrance open for the day •We also kindly ask the last park user of the day at the 10pm session to close the main gate upon leaving. •It is essential you leave promptly after your session to make space for the next customer. If you arrive and people are still in the park and your time slot has began please call us immediately. If In the event this happens please keep your dog in your vehicle until other dogs leave •Penalty’s will be in place for people not respecting the rules.
